# Context assembly manifest fixture

This dependency-free Deno fixture tests the policy that assembles evidence before one
model call. It filters candidates by tenant, scope, forbidden data class, and freshness;
fails closed when required evidence is unavailable; then selects optional evidence under
a fixed token budget.

The fixture uses synthetic support data. It does not call a model, measure answer
quality, or reproduce provider tokenizer counts. Supplied token counts are deterministic
test inputs, not estimates for a specific API.

## Run

```bash
deno check context_assembler.ts fixture.ts run_fixture.ts render_manifest.ts \
  context_assembler_test.ts evidence_artifact_test.ts
deno test --allow-read context_assembler_test.ts evidence_artifact_test.ts
deno run --allow-write run_fixture.ts context-manifest-2026-08-27.json
deno run --allow-read --allow-write render_manifest.ts \
  context-manifest-2026-08-27.json context-assembly-manifest-2026-08-27.svg
```

The manifest records included and excluded source versions, exclusion reasons, section
token counts, and the remaining budget. The retrieved injection string stays in an
`untrusted_data` section; no fixture source can modify application instructions.
