# Multi-provider route-admission fixture

This dependency-free Deno fixture tests static deployment admission before an LLM
gateway makes a provider call. It applies task capability, tenant, data-region,
evaluation, context, deadline, cost-ceiling, and deployment-state rules, then ranks
only eligible deployments by declared priority and stable ID.

All providers, deployments, prices, and tenant data are synthetic. The fixture does
not call a model, measure quality or latency, fetch live prices, or execute retry and
fallback behavior.

## Run

```bash
deno check route_admission.ts fixture.ts run_fixture.ts render_manifest.ts \
  route_admission_test.ts evidence_artifact_test.ts
deno test --allow-read route_admission_test.ts evidence_artifact_test.ts
deno run --allow-write run_fixture.ts route-admission-manifest-2026-08-27.json
deno run --allow-read --allow-write render_manifest.ts \
  route-admission-manifest-2026-08-27.json \
  route-admission-decision-2026-08-27.svg
```

The manifest retains the task-policy and registry versions, every rejected deployment
and reason, the deterministic eligible order, and the selected deployment.
